Good advice!

Repeat clients and referrals are now the major sources of work for me. I just have to be careful not to get lazy about drumming up new clients when I've got a nice flow of work already coming in. Smiling

Word of mouth is often your best PR

Folks tend to suspect testimonials because one can never be sure how representative they are of a professional's entire client base over time.

But when your clients call up somebody and tell them how great your work was, then that's clout.
