I've found a new diet forum at LoveToKnow Diet.  For those who enjoy getting to know people from the ground up, this forum just started and is still small. Last I checked like 40 people there. You haven't seen me around for awhile and there are several very good reasons, the main one being the time factor. Some of it is to do with having so many blogs and some of it is to do with going to work full time because one of my employees left suddenly and the economic climate being the way it is I decided not to replace him.  read more »
