Classical Herbal Book 'Back to Eden' Updated in New Edition

Trick Falls's picture

Herb and natural food pioneer Jethro Kloss wrote his classic Back to Eden in 1935 based on some 40 years of experience. A revised edition came out in 1939, and since then the book has been published and re-published many times. It's still going strong as a major text on herbs, natural diet and health.

The new edition, published by Thunder Bay Press on November 1, has been issued in two volumes for convenience and ease of use: Healthful Foods and Healthful Herbs.

In addition to recipes and advice about the use of herbs and home remedies to promote health, the volumes also serve as a vegan and vegetarian cook book.

Kloss, who died in 1946 at 83, was a strong advocate of the holistic life style.
